Products and Manufacturing Process:

1. Steel Coil Manufacturing:
- We produce both hot-rolled and cold-rolled steel coils. 
- Hot-rolled steel: is produced by reducing semi-finished steel to desired thickness through rolling and   annealing. It’s ideal for pipes, tanks, and steel doors.
- Cold-rolled steel: undergoes an acid pickling process, followed by rolling under pressure for a smoother surface, greater dimensional accuracy, and increased strength. It’s often used in automotive and household products.
- Our steel coils contain chromium and nickel, offering high corrosion resistance and strength, suitable for machinery and tools.
- We also offer carbon coil and galvanized steel, tailored to specific applications, including roofing, automotive components, and more.

2. I-Beam, H-Beam, and Column Rafter Production:
- The production begins with steel coils being cut using a shearing machine. The cut material is transferred to a CNC machine for precise cutting and then assembled using specialized equipment. The final output consists of sturdy and durable I-beams, H-beams, and column rafters, widely used in construction and infrastructure projects.

3. C-Purlin and Z-Purlin Manufacturing:
- The process starts with steel coils, which are cut to the desired size using a shearing machine. The cut pieces are shaped into C-purlins and Z-purlins, commonly used as structural support elements in roofing and building frames.

4. Profile Manufacturing (Side Profile and Roof Profile):
- Profiles, including side and roof profiles, are directly produced from steel coils through a simple manufacturing process, ensuring high quality and precision for use in construction and architectural applications.

5. Drain Production:
- To produce drains, steel coils are first cut using a shearing machine. The cut pieces are then bent using specialized machinery to form the final product, used for water drainage systems in various settings.

6. Decking Machine:
- Our decking machine transforms steel coils into decking products, used primarily in construction for flooring and roofing support.

7. Canopy Machine Production:
- After manufacturing steel profiles, the profiles are processed using a canopy machine to produce high-quality canopies, suitable for a protection from rain item, range of industrial and commercial uses.
